1/2 stars round up?

Post 1/2 stars round up? 
Both my videos are currently at 3 1/2 stars if you check out my profile, but they round down to 3 stars in the general search.

In all the math classes I've ever taken, we always rounded up starting at .5 and up. So what do you say? How about rounding up those half stars instead of down?
