Admins have improved the Encoding quality for about the double (for all the users) and they have started showing 16/9 videos for registered users - HR Videos now appear on a big screen for subscribers (users with an "index over 50000" and paid subscribers)

A new design will be online on January 2015 - Feel free to post new ideas once the new design will be here Wink
