I arrived with six folding lawn chairs a five foot collapsible table and a batch of brownies. It was a Sunday afternoon in August and 100 degrees outside. I was attending the local annual fetish BBQ. You would not have had any indication that any thing was afoot. About 60 people were due to attend. 
Upon entering the house. The Master greeted me, along with his woman the Mistress. They were in their mid 40s. He stood about 6 feet 2inches and was about 200 lbs with salt and pepper hair. Another table held corn dip, drumsticks, fajita wraps, several casseroles and what can be best described as an egg wrapped in sausage meat. It looked weird but it was tasty.
Even at a fetish party. One could not escape the effects of the economy. Many that I spoke with were either unemployed or were working low paying jobs that had no benefits or a chance to grow within the company.
