Blank screen after vid download

Post Blank screen after vid download 
Recently been seeing this and very frustrating. Vid apparently downloads as timer bar appears but no picture. Sometimes selecting the vid again cures the problem, sometimes not. Intermittent issue but too frequent for my viewing enjoyment!! Help please Question

I have to refresh the page each time, but only when am logged in, does my head in

Post blank screen.. 
same here..downloaded latest flash player,still no better,everything seems to be working slower here lately.
hope u can have a look into this admin..
