Prueba convirtiendo de formato tu video.
Bajalo a tu PC y conviertelo.
Hay conversores gratuitos como anyvideo converter http://www.any-video-converter.com/es/any-video-converter-free.php
Te recomiendo que lo conviertas en MPG
