"allow anonymous comments"

Post "allow anonymous comments" 
Not a complaint, just need clarification. If I check that box when i upload, does that allow anonymous comments for all my vids? Do I have to check it each time, since not checking it reverts my site settings to "no not allow anonymous comments"?

By checking it or unchecking it you set the standard for all your future videos.
