8) We like all the choices on allowing downloads and comments, it would be nice however if it was possible to deal with the "video pirates" who post material (amateur) that is not their own. :D :(

It is always possible to deal with those individuals. If you see a video on the site which you believe doesn't belong to the poster, you can always report it to admin either through the links at the bottom of the video, or though the "feedback" link at the top of every page.
