how to post MOV files?

Post how to post MOV files? 
it wont let us and we have lots of files but they are all Mov files.. I dont know how to make em into mpegs, If i jsut rename em they dont work! .. anyone know how to convert??

Google free mov convertor and use something like FXBear Free MOV Converter its free and easy to use :D
