Post Search for members by state 
I think being able to search for members by state for the U.S., not just by country, would be very beneficial. It would make it easier to find others nearby.

I travel alot in the EU and being able to search by more than country would be great

you can already search by city/town which should help you, but guess in USA state is more appropriate, in Europe county or region would be the same
