why dont some of my vids get posted??

Post why dont some of my vids get posted?? 
it would be nice to get some feedback from site mods, but i never do, but i cant understand why some vids get posted others dont.
can someone let me know,

You should be getting e-mails from the site to let you know your videos have been posted and at the same time a e-mail notice as to why any submitted videos or pictures have been denied. If your not please use the feedback button at the top and address the issue to Admin.
