if you freeze after clicking a name, u need to go to adobe flash site and see what version flash you have, if you have version 11.......... it caused my freezing, i had to get flash uninstaller and uninstall and then install older version with flash installer, that was in my documents/downloads files. which was version 10.........., if you dont find older installer maybe you can get older version from adobe site or restore computer to earlier date. or maybe yuvutu can fix the problem soon.

I'm just getting set up on a new laptop, so I don't have any old Flash versions. Does anyone have any instructions for finding and installing old versions of the player, in FireFox?
