iPad cannot play videos

Post iPad cannot play videos 
What do I need to do to make the videos play on my iPad2? They worked up until about a month ago but now the videos won't play. Any suggestions?

And the strange thing is that if I don't log in and just watch the videos as a guest, they play fine on the iPad. Go figure.

you can't play flashvideos on ipad or iphone. apple has banned flash............. no way.

Then why am I able to play the videos on my ipad as a guest, but the minute I log in they no longer work??
