Post Thumbnails 
Currently the thumbnail for any video you upload is chosen by the person who moderates that video. As it's my video I'd like to chose the thumbnail myself. Couldn't we have a choice on the upload page to specify a time from the video when we want the thumbnail to be taken, eg 7 seconds from the start? If uploaders don't give a time then the moderator can chose.
