Post Forums 
I think the forums are very underutilized. I think you should promote the forums more. Perhaps you could run a competition for the best forum post of the month and give a free weeks subscription. Just a suggestion.
That's my entry for the free week.

I would be surprised if anything is done about the forums - But I expect comments and replies when the new design will be online.
